Your Privacy Choices
Control optional analytics and advertising technologies and exercise applicable privacy rights.
Cookie and tracking choices
Last updated October 22, 2026.
Necessary technologies support security, core website functions and fraud prevention. Google Analytics and Campaign attribution each require Statistics and their respective service permission. Google Ads website measurement requires Marketing and Google Ads permission. OpenAI measurement requires Marketing and OpenAI Pixel permission. Meta is an optional listed service; its listing does not mean it is running. Optional processing requires affirmative choices. Review category and individual service switches in Cookie Preferences.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain provider processing and browser storage. Google also explains its use of information from partner sites and offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
Reject or disable the relevant categories and services to stop future optional website measurement. Withdrawal clears this site's campaign-attribution and pending-event records when the relevant code runs; some expired or inactive records and provider cookies can remain until a later visit, browser expiry or manual clearing. A cookie or localStorage expiry is not the retention period for an event already received by a provider, an inquiry email, a call record or a backup. Browser choices do not recall information already sent, erase business records, stop direct-ad call reporting or disable Grasshopper recording. Use the privacy-request methods below for access or deletion requests, which are handled subject to applicable rights and lawful retention exceptions. Choices apply to the browser/device used and may need to be made again after clearing browser data or changing devices.
Sending a quote or privacy request does not grant optional tracking permission. Calls may be recorded by Grasshopper even when optional cookies are declined. For a non-recorded contact method, use email instead of a call or voicemail. Read the call privacy disclosure.
Our current Google Ads website setup uses the shared Google tag and also requires Statistics and Google Analytics permission. Declining either keeps website Ads measurement off.

Do not sell or share my personal information
WiredOptics does not sell personal information for money. Disclosures of online identifiers or activity to analytics or advertising providers may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads website measurement, OpenAI measurement and campaign-attribution storage require their respective category and service choices. A Meta service listing is not evidence that Meta is running. Reject or turn off the relevant optional categories and services through Your Privacy Choices to stop future optional processing in this browser. These choices do not prevent necessary processing to answer a quote request, secure the website or maintain business records. Telephone processing and calls made directly from ads are described separately.
Global Privacy Control
We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal. Our consent manager initially declines optional Statistics and Marketing for a browser sending that signal. Its preferences also provide a separate, explicit choice to override the signal and allow optional processing. Review the current category, service and GPC-override selections in Your Privacy Choices; the displayed preferences determine the choice recorded for this browser. Browser choices apply to that browser or device and do not automatically change every account or device.
Other privacy requests
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. You may also appeal a denial where applicable.
Use the secure website form below, email info@wiredoptics.io with the subject Privacy Request, or call (615) 246-6616. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, we will confirm qualifying access, correction, or deletion requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, subject to a legally permitted extension. Opt-out requests are processed as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days.
Submit a privacy request
Do not include a Social Security number, government identification number, financial account information, password, medical information, or other sensitive information. We will request only the information reasonably needed to identify records and verify the request.
Authorized agents and nondiscrimination
An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits. We may request information needed to verify the agent's authority and, for requests other than opt-out requests, may ask the consumer to verify their identity directly. WiredOptics will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Microsoft Advertising measurement
Added October 27, 2026.
When you allow both Marketing and the Microsoft Advertising service in Cookie Preferences, Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) measures advertising visits and successfully submitted quote requests. Microsoft collects or receives online identifiers, ad-click identifiers, page and event information, IP address, browser and device information for advertising reporting and optimization and its own purposes described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. This integration does not send submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers or project descriptions in quote events. Microsoft Clarity session recording and automatic contact-field matching are not enabled by this integration.
After permission, UET may use first-party cookies _uetsid (up to one day), _uetvid (up to 13 months), _uetmsclkid (up to 90 days), and Microsoft's MUID identifier. Provider settings and browser controls can change or shorten these durations. A first-party sessionStorage record named wo_microsoft_pending_quote_v1 contains a random event reference, form number and time after a successful quote submission; it is valid for five minutes and consumed on the confirmation page. It does not contain contact details or the project description.
Microsoft click identifiers can also be included with your inquiry email only when Statistics, Campaign attribution, Marketing and Microsoft Advertising permissions are all granted. You can decline or withdraw Microsoft Advertising through Your Privacy Choices. Withdrawal clears this integration's pending event and first-party UET cookies and reloads the page to stop further Microsoft tracking. It does not recall information already received by Microsoft or erase delivered inquiry emails. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent calling or requesting a quote. Calls directly from ads and Grasshopper telephone records are separate from website cookie choices.
Maps, weather and form security
Technology update: October 26, 2026.
Our existing Cookie Preferences controls optional analytics, advertising and external content separately. Approve enables the disclosed optional categories; Deny keeps them off. Google Maps and Google-hosted place photos require the External Content / Google Maps choice. Allowing maps does not enable analytics or advertising. When these external features load, Google may receive your IP address, browser/device details and interaction information, and may use cookies under its Privacy Policy. Withdrawing permission blocks future loading; it cannot recall information already sent.
Weather forecasts are obtained by the WiredOptics server from the National Weather Service and displayed from a local cache. Your browser does not load the former weather widget or its performance analytics, and we do not request your location for this forecast.
Google reCAPTCHA remains active on pages containing protected forms, including before optional consent, for spam and abuse prevention. Google may process network, device and interaction signals for this purpose. It is separate from optional advertising and analytics. Pages without customer forms no longer load the Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA scripts. You can browse, call or request a quote without allowing optional services.
We remember the choices for this browser for 30 days. Use Cookie Preferences or Your Privacy Choices to change or withdraw them. Another browser or cleared cookies may require a new choice. These choices do not change the separate telephone-processing disclosures in our Privacy Policy.
